I have also made this a point in our company: We need to stop taking baby steps and start thinking globally. It really seems to be helping.

I'm sure you get the best out of people if you look for the best in them. People don't need to be told when they've done something wrong - they know it without having to be told.

If you aim higher than you expect, you could reach higher than you dreamed.

I am convinced that companies should put staff first, customers second and shareholders third - ultimately that's in the best interest of customers and shareholders.

The best way forward is to give more people everywhere greater power to build their own destinies.

Most skills can be learned, but it is difficult to train people on their personality.

It is important to remember that life is not a dress rehearsal and that none of us should waste our time on doing things that don’t spark fires within us. My golden rule for business and life is: We should all enjoy what we do and do what we enjoy.

You can't do a good business with a bad person. Find the right people to work with and you can't go wrong.
